Job description
Sift is hiring a Senior Events & Growth Programs lead in San Francisco. You will own our events, hosted nights, and turn every room into content that moves online, blending vibe and funnel to drive pipeline. You’ll collaborate with Sales, Talent, and RevOps to build an IRL-to-online narrative while growing a Bay Area hardware and defense tech community.
Based in SF, this role is in-person four days a week, with travel to LA and DC. Salary $125,000–$175,000 plus equity and benefits.
