Job description
Renewal by Andersen is seeking a Direct Marketing Manager to lead a field-based team across the Long Island market from our Farmingdale, NY office. You will coach, mentor, and empower your team to outperform expectations and generate a strong pipeline of qualified appointments for our sales consultants.
You’ll oversee field outreach, train team members on our products, and ensure professional interactions reflect the Renewal by Andersen standard.
