Renewal by Andersen is seeking a Direct Marketing Manager to lead a team of field agents responsible for neighborhood outreach in the Long Island market. You’ll coach, mentor, and empower your team to outperform expectations, reporting daily to our Farmingdale, NY office before heading into the field.
This full-time leadership role blends in-office collaboration with hands-on field leadership, guiding energy, motivation, and lead volume to support our sales consultants.
