Job description
Vistra is seeking a Mechanical Supervisor to lead the mechanical maintenance team at our Sunnyvale, Texas facility. This role will supervise mechanics and contractors, set clear safety and performance expectations, and drive daily work execution with a strong field presence.
The successful candidate will bring 6–10 years of mechanical maintenance experience, a solid understanding of rotating equipment, and experience with SAP or Maximo.
