Job description
LEO Pharma US is seeking an Associate Director, US Field Medical Training & Congress Strategy to shape scientific readiness and drive field capabilities. You will oversee training, onboarding, onboarding milestones, congress strategy, and post-congress activities across dermatology/immunology portfolios.
The role requires strong MSL/Medical Affairs background, cross-functional leadership, and travel up to 50% for major congresses and events; base salary ranges from $180,000 to $230,000 per year,
