Job description
NFIB is seeking a Membership Sales Representative to engage directly with small business owners in field-based, hybrid work environments across local markets. You will present NFIB’s mission and drive membership enrollments, building rapid rapport and navigating objections to close in a single visit.
We offer a W-2 position with full benefits, robust training, commission-based earnings, and uncapped earning potential, with average compensation around $80k–$200k annually.
