Field Nurse Case Manager (Workers' Comp) Experienced- Alameda County
This field-based role covers cases across Oakland, Pleasanton and Fremont.

Choices Case Management is currently seeking experienced full-time RN Workers' Compensation Field Case Managers to serve our Alameda County territory.
This is a field-based position with a home office setup and local travel up to 60% to medical appointments and provider offices.
What We’re Looking For:
2+ years of direct Workers’ Compensation Case Management experience
Residence in the county noted above
Strong communication, critical thinking, and documentation skills
