Job description
NYU Langone Health is seeking a Field Nurse for the Home Care Division, Brooklyn. The nurse provides safe, quality, age-appropriate nursing care using evidence-based practice and coordinates with the interdisciplinary team to promote optimal outcomes and patient satisfaction.
Minimum qualifications include NY RN license, BSN, BLS, fluent English, 1–2 years acute care or home health experience, and strong communication skills.
