Job description
NYU Langone Health in Garden City, NY, is seeking a Field Nurse to provide safe, high‑quality nursing care in the Home Care Division. You will conduct comprehensive assessments, educate patients and caregivers, and coordinate with an interdisciplinary team to improve outcomes.
The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Nursing, 1–2 years in acute or home health settings, NY RN license and BLS certification. Full‑time daytime schedule with a $5,000 sign‑on bonus and comprehensive benefits.
