Job description
NYU Langone Health in Garden City, NY, is seeking a Field Nurse to provide safe, high‑quality nursing care in the Home Care Division. You will conduct comprehensive assessments, educate patients and caregivers, and coordinate with an interdisciplinary team to improve outcomes.
