Job description
NYU Langone Hospital—Long Island is seeking a Field Nurse for the Home Care Division in Brooklyn to deliver safe, age-appropriate nursing care using evidence-based practice. The role coordinates care with the interdisciplinary team to promote optimal patient outcomes and satisfaction.
The ideal candidate is a NYS-licensed Registered Nurse with a Bachelor's degree in Nursing, BLS certification, and excellent communication skills.
