Field Operations CoordinatorSpectrum Environmental Services, Inc. is a multifaceted company that offers industrial plant services, waste transportation and disposal, infrastructure/pipe services, and environmental consulting solutions to the customer's environmental challenges. With headquarters in Alabaster, Alabama, near Birmingham, the Spectrum group of companies brings a high level of commitment toward quality and professionalism to every aspect of our projects.Summary of Position:The Field Operations Coordinator is responsible for managing and coordinating various aspects of field operations to ensure that projects are equipped with supplies to allow jobs to be completed efficiently and on schedule. This role involves close collaboration with field teams, Operations Manager, and management to maintain robust operational workflows. A Field Operations Coordinator must be adept at multitasking and problem-solving while providing top-notch support to ensure seamless execution of field activities. The position requires a high level of organization, attention to detail, and understanding of the logistical demands of field operationsResponsibilities:Coordinate and manage daily supply needs for field operations activitiesCommunicate regularly with field teams to provide support and address issuesManage weekly payroll reportingAssist in coordinating equipment rental pickup/returnResolve field-related issues promptly to minimize disruptionsAssist in prompt resolution for all field issues related to projects and/or equipmentMaintain inventory countsBe willing to take on other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned.Qualifications:Strong problem-solving and analytical skillsExcellent organizational and multitasking abilitiesAbility to work under pressure and meet tight deadlinesProficient in Microsoft Office SuiteHigh school diploma or equivalentValid driver's license, willingness to travel as needed and maintain a clear MVRStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAttention to detail and strong organizational skillsFlexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work environmentsProven ability to work both independently and as part of a teamMust be able to lift up to 75 pounds and manage heavy equipment as neededFamiliarity with safety protocols and proceduresConditions – Any offer of employment is subject to the results of a pre-employment physical, drug screen, and review of Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) and background check.Benefits – Health Insurance (BC/BS), dental, and vision available, 401K, paid vacation, and personal time.Leadership – You will be asked to demonstrate leadership in all tasks and projects assigned.
