Job description
Hoar Construction seeks an Assistant Superintendent to support the Superintendent and Senior Superintendent on one or more construction projects. You will help coordinate crews, plan procedures, and ensure subcontract work meets specifications, with travel up to 100% of the time.
Responsibilities include monitoring schedule and budget, coordinating with subcontractors, inspecting safety, reading documents, and documenting progress.
