Job description
Slate is seeking a hands-on City Manager to oversee cleaning operations, quality assurance, staffing support, and client satisfaction within an assigned market. This is not a desk or office management position; you will train employees, inspect work, and support operations in the field.
The ideal candidate has cleaning industry experience, leads by example, and is willing to roll up their sleeves to ensure every project meets Slate standards.
