Job description
United Cape Cod Cranberry Inc in Southern Massachusetts is seeking a hands-on foreman to help manage and grow cranberry bogs. This full-time role works closely with the operations supervisor and field team to keep daily farm work organized, equipment running, and seasonal tasks on schedule.
Compensation is $30–$37.5 per hour, based on experience. Lead field crews, coordinate irrigation, frost protection, fertilization, pest management, and harvest.
