Job description
B&W Quality Growers in Fellsmere, FL, is seeking an experienced Assistant Farm Manager to lead large-scale field operations across about 2,000 acres. Reporting to the Farm Manager, you will oversee daily crop production, harvest execution, labor management, and scheduling while guiding a team of Farm Supervisors.
