Job description
Slate is hiring a Field Operations Manager to be the on-site face at partner delivery facilities. You will design and refine wrap installation workflows, audit quality, and act as the escalation point for issues. This role requires coordinating with the core team to meet SLAs and improve site performance.
You have 4+ years in field/operations, strong communication, and experience training frontline staff. Expect up to 20% travel and on-site work across multiple partner sites in the region.
