Field Operations Representative — Touch Of Gold (Midas)Touch of Gold, a Midas franchise operation, is hiring a Field Operations Representative to work hands-on with our store teams — not just report on them. You'll travel daily to stores across the district (trips up to 2 hours one way) to reconcile cash, work repair orders, straighten out cores and returns, correct brand and store-condition issues, and handle maintenance items — fixing what you can while you're there instead of just writing it down. You'll also serve as our emergency backup manager, stepping in to run a store on short notice if a Store Manager or Assistant Manager calls out sick or is on vacation.Benefits include health insurance, opportunity for advancement, paid time off, training & development, vision insurance, 401(k), 401(k) matching, competitive salary, dental insurance, and employee discounts.What you'll do:Audit and reconcile cash, deposits, and drawer countsTrack down repair orders and vehicles that don't match up, and help close them outKeep cores, returns, and parts inventory clean and accounted forMonitor catalytic converter control and chase down anything missingCheck uniform, brand, and store-condition standards — and fix what you can onsiteReview vendor spend and inventory counts for accuracyStep in as acting store manager when needed to keep a location runningWhat we're looking for:Experience in automotive service, tire/auto retail, or multi-unit field operationsComfortable with hands-on shop and counter work, not just clipboard auditsSharp with numbers — cash handling, reconciliation, spotting discrepanciesReliable personal transportation and willingness to travel daily, including trips up to 2 hours one wayValid driver's licenseFlexible availability to cover a store on short noticeIf you like solving problems on the spot instead of just flagging them for someone else, we want to hear from you.Compensation: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per yearJoin Our TeamAs one of the largest destinations for automotive services, Midas is dominating the industry in developing career paths and building relationships within the communities they serve.At Midas, we take care of everything… tires, brakes, oil… so the opportunities to grow and develop expertise with Midas are endless.
