Job description
Carvana is seeking an Associate Director, Field Operations and Strategy to drive performance of new car operations across Inspection Centers. This field-based role requires 50–75% travel and combines hands-on leadership with analytics to identify network-wide improvements.
You\'ll partner with Reconditioning, Market Ops, and Logistics to align production plans, implement standardized work, and mentor site leaders while delivering measurable results for the broader network.
