Job description
Equinox Fitness Club is seeking a People & Culture Business Partner (Field) to support People Services for EQX clubs in the Florida and DC Metro market. This role reports to the Regional Director and involves significant presence in local clubs.
The position is a strategic partner driving employee experience, change leadership, and achievement across our employee teams, with travel within the region as needed.
