Our client, a leading provider of technical support and maintenance services, is seeking a Onsite Technical Administrator to join their team. As a Onsite Technical Administrator, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting the onsite service team. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
Monitor systems to detect performance issues and resolve technical problems on assigned hardware and software platforms using established protocols. Conduct routine installations, configurations, and assemble and integrate systems/products following standard protocols. Respond promptly to service, product, technical, and customer-relations inquiries to ensure high customer satisfaction. Execute scripted change management activities while adhering to incident, change, and problem management processes. Manage consumable inventory, including replacing toner, consumables, and paper, and ensure availability at customer sites. What's Needed?
High School Diploma, GED, or higher secondary education, or demonstrated work experience. Typically 2-5 years of related work experience in maintenance, quality, or a related field. Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues effectively. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and customer service skills. What's in it for me?
