Job description
Actify Home Care, Inc. is seeking Physical Therapists to deliver in-home PT services across our active territory in Florida. As a clinician-owned agency, you will work one-on-one with geriatric patients in their homes, following evidence-based plans of care.
Join a clinical team led by clinicians and supported by office staff. Per-visit compensation is offered, with efficient documentation via Kinnser/WellSky, and bi-weekly payments are provided.
