Job description
The Mississippi Gulf Coast employment market is seeking an HR Field Recruiting Officer to actively recruit, screen, and onboard qualified caregivers across Mississippi and Alabama coastal areas. This is a highly field-oriented role designed for someone who thrives in the community, builds relationships, and creates a strong caregiver pipeline.
You will travel frequently, attend job fairs, visit workforce centers, and coordinate onboarding with the HR team.
