Job description
Paylocity is seeking a Recruiting, Development, & Retention Manager to lead the employee lifecycle across assigned wash locations. This on-site role focuses on recruiting hourly and site-leadership positions, onboarding, and retention initiatives to minimize vacancies and enhance team engagement.
The candidate will coach site leaders, build pipelines with partners, and monitor turnover, time-to-fill, and staffing coverage against the labor plan, traveling as needed within the territory.
