Job description
Elmington Living seeks a Regional Manager to lead a portfolio of affordable housing communities. You’ll optimize operations, monitor financials, and build strong on-site teams. Expect close collaboration with Community Directors and a hands-on leadership style to drive performance across properties.
You’ll travel regularly (≈80%) to sites, conduct weekly inspections, and ensure compliance with LIHTC, HUD, and state programs while delivering an exceptional resident experience.
