Job description
MTM LLC in Virginia is seeking a Retail Sales Manager to lead and grow a field-based sales team. You will coach, develop, and ensure adherence to our proven sales process, delivering turnkey experiences for homeowners purchasing replacement windows and doors.
In this leadership role you will spend over half your time in the field, conducting ride-alongs, observing interactions, and coaching performance, while collaborating with marketing and operations to maximise ROI and customer satisfaction.
