Job description
Allegiance HH Northwest in Minden, LA is seeking a registered nurse to manage patient care, coordinate with the health care team, and ensure accurate documentation including OASIS and 485 forms. The role involves assessing patient needs, updating care plans per physician orders, and educating patients and families on health topics.
The ideal candidate holds an active LSBN license, 1 year clinical RN experience (or waived for LPN if RN-level), and proficiency with Microsoft Office and WellSky.
