Job description
Abernathy Home Care in the Boston North community is seeking an experienced RN or LPN for a full-time, field-based role. You will travel daily to client homes to perform supervisory visits, caregiver oversight, and ongoing care management, supporting ASAP consumer care and compliant service delivery.
The position emphasizes independence in the field, requires the ability to lift at least 50 lbs, and offers a Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends. Mileage reimbursement is provided.
