Job description
Always Compassionate Health is hiring Registered Nurses for Start-of-Care Field Visits and follow-up visits in the Newburgh area. The RN will assess patient needs, develop and implement a Plan of Care and may supervise a Home Health Aide. NYS RN license and BLS required, with preference for homecare and Start of Care experience.
Pay is per visit, and the team emphasizes compassionate care and client focus in a supportive environment. Certification and insurance requirements must be maintained.
