Job description
Pho Prime, LLC seeks a Door-to-Door Sales Lead to oversee the field sales team in the Metro Detroit area. You will drive performance, mentor associates, and ensure successful execution of sales strategies in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with leadership experience and the ability to travel up to 75% within the territory for 1-2 week periods, while maintaining high ethical sales practices and achieving targets.
