Job description
Safe Haven Security LLC is seeking a talented Sales Manager to lead a local Outside Sales team, spending 70% in the field and 30% in the office. You will interview, hire, train, and motivate reps while driving performance and revenue in a W-2 role with comprehensive benefits.
Daily office hours are 10:00am–2:00pm and field hours 2:30pm–8:30pm, with uncapped commissions and yearly bonuses. Prior management experience is preferred; strong hustle and attitude are valued.
