Job description
Safe Haven Security LLC is seeking a Sales Manager to lead a local Outside Sales team selling home security and automation. You will interview, hire, train, and motivate staff while maintaining control of field and office activities from a hybrid work setting.
You will split time between field coaching and office leadership, driving results, and maintaining high service standards. This role offers uncapped commissions, bonuses, and comprehensive benefits.
