We are currently seeking a Field Service Coordinator who will be responsible for driving efficiency and productivity within the field service organization while delivering a best-in-class customer service experience for all customers. In this role, you will be responsible for:Schedule preventative maintenance, may also assist in installations, and emergency calls while prioritizing the work as appropriate in any given dayUse Oracle to retrieve customer and other installed base information, inventory availability, part order status, and to make changes as requiredUtilize ServiceMax dispatch console to schedule engineers efficiently and effectivelyCollaborate with the field service teams to drive revenue growth by verifying and collecting purchase orders as well as identifying revenue generating opportunitiesCheck with credit department concerning credit status of customer and defined payment method (pre-payment or on account) where customers are liable for payment of supportAssist with the closure of service jobs as needed in order to invoice customers timelyIdentify opportunities for combining open work to maximize efficiency of field service engineers based on specific criteriaThe required qualifications for the job include:Four-year degree preferredHigh school diploma or equivalent with 4+ years relevant experience or experience in customer service, call center or coordination environment preferredIt would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:Strong communication, time management and organizational skillsWe believe in designing a better, more sustainable workforce.
