Job description
Spectrum is seeking a Field Service Director to lead fulfillment operations from node to home across the Missouri area, driving standardized practices and service delivery for residential and commercial customers.
You will develop a high-performing leadership team, manage contract labor, oversee budgeting, ensure regulatory compliance, and partner with utilities, vendors and government agencies to improve quality and reliability.
