Job description
Becton, Dickinson and Company (BD) is seeking a Field Service Engineer I to provide remote and on-site support for BD Pyxis automated dispensing systems across the assigned region, including DHA and DoD facilities. You will troubleshoot, repair, and maintain proprietary hardware/software while ensuring regulatory compliance and strong customer relationships.
Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, installations, calibrations, and documenting service activities.
