Field Service Manager
Currently, we are seeking a Field Service Manager to support our Piscataway, NJ location and surrounding areas. Guide, coach, mentor road technicians on service work.
Provide resolution to technicians who need additional technical support.
Work with customers, technicians and other staff to seek resolution.
Travel to customer locations.
Must be customer service focused
Mechanical and technical knowledge of lift trucks and other material handling equipment
Demonstrated mechanical expertise
Proficient using a computer
Oversee the training and development of technicians
Company vehicle with fuel card, company cell phone; medical, dental, vision, and prescription plan. 401k with partial company match, paid vacation and sick days, paid holidays, short- & long-term disability, and basic/supplemental life insurance policies.
