Job description
Rivian in New York seeks a Service Operations Manager to lead field service operations with energy and initiative. You will own P&L, WIP and customer experience metrics such as NPS, and partner with Service Operations, Sales, Retail and Delivery teams to keep service on track.
You will build a high-performing, customer-centric team, drive safety and process standards, and lead hiring and development to scale operations in a fast-paced, start-up style environment.
