Field Service RepresentativeWe're seeking an experienced Field Service Representative (FSR) to deliver exceptional on-site technical service as the primary technical liaison between Veolia and our industrial customers. You'll work independently across diverse industries, providing expert installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting services for chemical feed equipment and water treatment systems while building lasting customer relationships through technical excellence. Join Veolia as a Field Service Representative in our Chemical Solutions and Monitoring (CSM) division and advance your career in hands-on technical service and sustainability!Essential Functions & Responsibilities:Technical Service & Installation Install, commission, and service chemical feed equipment, pumps, controllers, and instrumentation systems at customer locationsWater Testing and Analysis Obtain samples and perform water testing, including pH, conductivity, hardness, silica, PTSA, etc., and enter data into Veolia's trending platform (Insight)Customer Consultation Act as technical consultant providing expert recommendations, training, and solutions to customer management and technical teamsSystem Optimization & Troubleshooting Perform water analysis, calibrate equipment, program controllers, conduct preventative maintenance, and diagnose/resolve system issues through remote support technologies and on-site interventionsDocumentation & Compliance Maintain detailed service reports, manage inventory, and ensure all safety protocols are followedTerritory Management Support multiple customer sites within assigned territory, coordinating with sales teams for optimal service deliveryWhat Success Looks Like:Consistently deliver high-quality technical service that exceeds customer expectationsComplete installations, commissioning, and troubleshooting projects on timeBuild strong customer relationships through technical expertise and professional serviceMaintain safety standards and compliance in all industrial environmentsContribute to territory growth through technical excellence and customer satisfactionDemonstrate continuous learning and adaptation to new technologiesKnowledge, Skills & Abilities:Excellent communication and customer service skillsComputer proficiencyStrong mathematical skills for technical analysisStrong troubleshooting abilities for electrical and mechanical systemsSelf-motivated with ability to work independently and manage multiple prioritiesSafety-minded approach with ability to work in various industrial environmentsEducation & Experience:RequiredHigh school diploma or GEDA valid driver's license (a learner's permit or G1/G2 class will not qualify)2-5 years of experience in instrumentation & electronics, plant operations/maintenance, or equivalent technical trainingPreferredTechnical degree/diploma in Electrical, Electronic Technology, Instrumentation, Mechanical Engineering, or related disciplineFamiliarity with water treatment processes and industrial equipmentWorking Conditions:Must be able to lift and carry 30-50 pounds and perform precision work as needed (frequency varies by worksite)Must be able to travel as neededWork will take place in various industrial environmentsAdditional Information:At Veolia, we realize diverse teams make smarter decisions, deliver better results, and build stronger communities.
