Job description
We are seeking a proactive and organized Field Services Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for scheduling and coordinating the installation of our products, ensuring smooth operations and high customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule and coordinate installation appointments with clients and field technicians
- Communicate effectively with customers to confirm appointments and provide updates
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and installation of products
- Monitor installation progress and resolve any scheduling conflicts or issues
- Maintain accurate records of installations, customer interactions, and other required documentation
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in scheduling, coordination, or project management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Customer-focused attitude with problem-solving skills
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical or administrative training is a plus
