Field Service Support – Critical Power UPS (Off The Tools)
$125,000 - $160,000 + Hybrid + Bonus + Relocation Assistance + Training + No Overnight Travel + Great Company Package (Healthcare + 401k + Holidays/PTO + Dental + Short Term Disability)
Location: Washington, D.C. – Relocation Assistance - (Commutable from: Leesburg, Reston, Fairfax, Arlington, Manassas, Rockville, Frederick, Winchester, Fredericksburg)
Are you an experienced Critical Power UPS Service Technician ready to take the next step in your career and transition from field service into a technical support position?
This is an excellent opportunity to take the next step in your career with a rapidly growing organization, becoming a key technical resource for the service team with a clear pathway to progress into a Regional Service Manager position.
This industry-leading company is growing rapidly, with the goal of building a strong national presence across the US within the next 24 months. They have recently set up their UPS service and are looking for highly skilled technicians to join and help them dominate in this sector.
In this role, you will be in the crucial position of sharing your knowledge through offering training and support to customers and technicians. You will start by achieving APS status allowing you to have a significant impact on the UPS arm of the business and work towards becoming a Regional Service Manager.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced UPS technician to move away from being on the tools and develop into a senior role, significantly contributing to a rapidly growing company.
The Role
Support customers and technicians with technical support.
Train technicians on UPS Maintenance.
Minimal travel of around 25% with no overnight stays.
The Candidate
UPS maintenance background.
Experience working on Batteries, UPS and Critical Power Systems
Wants progression.
