Field Services Technician/General LaborerThe Field Services Technician/General Laborer is responsible for the clean-up and transportation of Hazardous and Non-Hazardous waste. General Laborer is expected to perform various tasks including but not limited to loading and unloading tanks and tankers with bulk liquids, complete inspection of equipment, hoses and connections as well as perform confined space entry.The General Laborer will operate a variety of equipment including but not limited to pressure washers, power tools, hand trucks, forklifts and other power tools in accordance with company policies and procedures as well as OSHA requirements, and all local, state and federal laws.Position ResponsibilitiesHandling, packaging and transportation of both Hazardous and Non-Hazardous materials.Use of hydro blast equipment, forklift, skid loader and specialty vacuum equipment and/or other equipment as needed.Completion of critical path documentation; manifests, driver logs, job summary, permits, etc.Communicate with Project Manager and on-site customersDaily work in confined space entry, mechanics, industrial hygiene instrumentation, pneumatic tools, electrical tools hand tools and/or other tools as neededRequired QualificationsValid driver's license and acceptable motor vehicle record.Strong analytical, organizational, and prioritization skills.Effectively work in a team setting.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to pass a respirator fit test.Ability to travel up to 25% of the time, including occasional overnight travel.Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.Ability to use sound judgment and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.Ability to utilize Microsoft Outlook and NetSuite.Preferred QualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalent, preferredMinimum of 1 year experience, preferred.Possess 40 HR HAZWOP certification.Physical Demands of the RoleAbility to walk, stand, sit, and climbAbility to lift/carry 50lbsAbility to work from heights and in confined spacesAbility to kneel, crawl, stoop, bend or twist for extended periods of time.Qualify to wear a full-face respiratorConsistently work in various weather conditionsTotal RewardsReworld offers GED Works – a fully funded program for employees to achieve their GED.Health Care Benefits - start 1st day of employment401k - match up to 7%Paid Time Off (Vacation & Holiday)Paid Parental LeaveShort-Term & Long-Term Disability BenefitsTuition ReimbursementEmployee Referral BonusIn addition to salary, this role is eligible for benefits. The range below reflects Reworld's reasonable estimate of base pay for this role based on primary posting location. It is expected that most qualified candidates in this location will fall within the posting range. The final salary offered for this role will be determined based on factors including, but not limited to: experience, education, geographic location, skills and competencies, travel requirements and/or union contracts (if applicable). Pay ranges are reviewed from time to time and may be modified in the future.The pay range for the primary location of this position is: $41,885.00 - $57,525.00. For hourly roles, this is the annualized salary.
