Field Specialist Weigel's – Regional Store Support RolePay Rate: $18.00 per hourAbout the PositionWeigel's is seeking a dependable and self-motivated Field Specialist to support multiple store locations within an assigned region. This role is essential in ensuring each store is clean, safe, and fully prepared to deliver exceptional, 100% customer-ready experience. The Field Specialist works independently, travels between stores, and provides hands-on operational support that enhances the customer environment and supports store teams.What You'll DoExterior ResponsibilitiesDetail clean fuel pumps and exterior trash receptaclesRefill windshield washer fluid and blue towelsApply Liquid Gold to outdoor trash cansPressure wash sidewalks, parking spaces, and canopy areas as neededDetail clean mulch beds, rock beds, and retention pondsClean and pressure wash the dumpster enclosureClean ice machines and propane cagesInspect canopy structures, exterior lighting, and security camerasChecking exterior property damage and safety concernsReport any issues requiring maintenance or supportInterior ResponsibilitiesDetail clean gondola shelving, including removing all products and wiping down surfacesDeep clean restrooms: fixtures, walls, vents, lighting, and restock all suppliesClean beverage and beer coolers, including racks, vents, floors, and door ledgesStock, front, and face beer cooler productOrganize and clean back stock rooms, including BIB stations and hosesDetail clean FOTG case and ensure coils are free of dustDeep clean deli area: shelves, stainless-steel equipment, walls, vents, cabinets, mop sink, smoothie station, and floorsDeep clean deli freezers and coolersReport on maintenance needs, safety concerns, or operational issuesRequirementsWhat You BringRequired: High school diploma or equivalentStrong communication and customer service skillsAbility to professionally respond to guest inquiries or concernsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamBasic computer skills (Windows environment; clocking in/out; completing digital documentation)Ability to read and write English, follow instructions, perform basic math, and maintain accurate documentationExcellent organization, time management, and attention to detailProfessional and reliable work habitsPreferred: Prior retail or convenience store experienceAdditional InfoPhysical Requirements & Work Environment: Ability to walk and stand for extended periods. Ability to work varied hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Ability to work outdoors in weather conditions including extreme cold.
