Job description
Gilbane seeks a Lead Superintendent to independently manage all field operations on a $5–$50M project. On-site every day, you will drive safety, schedule, and coordination with trade contractors and clients.
A Bachelor’s in Engineering or Construction Management, OSHA 30, and STS-C are preferred, with 7–12 years of superintendent experience on large projects in commercial/industrial construction. You will lead safety programs, manage the project schedule, and mentor field engineers while
