This role is crucial to our company's success, as you will be responsible for overseeing all on-site construction activities, from initial planning to final execution. You will be the point person for our construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires a hands-on approach, as you will be directly involved in project management, construction management, operations, field supervision, and construction site coordination. Responsibilities include: overseeing all aspects of construction project management, supervising all on-site construction activities, coordinating and managing construction site operations, providing installation oversight, ensuring compliance with OSHA 30 safety regulations, coordinating with union labor, utilizing carpentry skills, communicating effectively with all project stakeholders, resolving any on-site issues or disputes, and conducting regular site inspections.Qualifications include: a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the Millwork/Carpentry industry, proven experience in project management, construction management, operations, field supervision, and construction site coordination, demonstrated ability to oversee installations and ensure compliance with safety regulations, knowledge of OSHA 30 safety regulations, experience coordinating with union labor, carpentry skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong problem-solving skills, a degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred, and willingness to travel to various construction sites as needed.
