Monitor quality control, grade tolerances, testing requirements, and site conditions.

Identify operational challenges, production delays, and resource constraints, implementing solutions to maintain progress.

Ensure compliance with company safety policies, OSHA standards, and required PPE.

Communicate effectively with project teams, clients, inspectors, subcontractors, and company leadership.

Participate in operational meetings to review project schedules, production, staffing, and equipment needs.

Support project completion, final inspections, and client walkthroughs.
