Field SupervisorPennington, ALJob SummaryWe are seeking a Field Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily field operations, coordinating crews, and ensuring materials are handled, transported, and applied accurately and efficiently while maintaining strict safety and operational standards.QualificationsValid driver's license with a clean driving recordPrevious supervisory experience in field operations, construction, agriculture, or similar industries preferredExperience working with heavy equipment such as wheel loaders, tractors, and trucks is preferredMechanical knowledge and/or equipment maintenance experience is a plusStrong leadership and decision-making skillsStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to follow company procedures and enforce safety standardsGood communication skills and ability to coordinate with team members and managementAbility to work independently and manage multiple tasks in the fieldResponsibilitiesSupervise and coordinate daily field operations and crew activitiesEnsure equipment is operated safely and efficiently by all crew membersMonitor loading, hauling, and field application activities to ensure accuracy and complianceEnforce company safety protocols and operational guidelines at all timesTrain and support field employees on procedures and equipment operationInteract with members of the agricultural community, including farmers and landowners, in a professional and respectful mannerCommunicate daily operational updates, issues, or maintenance needs to managementCoordinate equipment usage and report any repair or maintenance requirementsMaintain accurate operational records and reportsEnsure job sites and work areas remain clean, organized, and efficientPhysical RequirementsAbility to lift heavy objects and work in outdoor environmentsWillingness to work in various weather conditionsAbility to walk uneven terrain and inspect job sitesStamina to stand, walk, and remain active in field environments for extended periodsBenefits offered:Health Ins.
