Lawn Maintenance Field SupervisorVizmeg Landscape, located in Stow, OH, has been serving customers of the greater Cleveland/Akron area for almost 30 years. We provide services from commercial landscape, and residential design/build to complete grounds maintenance. And the impact you make is real—from the clients you manage to the direction we grow together.What you'll be doing:Oversees 8 - 10 lawn maintenance crews and ensures high quality results by constant contact with the customer and reviewing completed work. Trains employees on tasks like planting, pruning, and equipment use while ensuring safety and monitoring crew operations. Assists with scheduling and reviewing time sheets of the lawn maintenance crews. Schedules work for crews, depending on work priorities, crew or equipment availability or weather conditions. Monitors project activity to ensure that instructions are followed, deadlines are met and schedules are maintained. Manages snow crews by hiring, training and dispatching staff. Reviews weather conditions and makes decisions on assigning work.
