This role is central to how field clinicians stay equipped and operational at Sprinter — supporting device setup, deployment, day-to-day troubleshooting, and equipment maintenance so care teams can focus on patients, not technology.On-site role working from our two Atlanta locations.Sprinter Health is rebuilding healthcare delivery from the ground up. Working under the guidance of the IT Manager, you'll help ensure field clinicians have reliable, secure, and fully functional devices so they can deliver high-quality care in patients' homes.From day one, you'll contribute to clinician readiness, device uptime, and smooth field operations by keeping technology running and issues resolved quickly.Role responsibilities:Prepare, configure, and ship field technology kits (mobile diagnostic tools, tablets, mobile phones, vitals devices, etc.) to clinical staffSupport onboarding and offboarding of field technology users, ensuring systems, devices, and accounts are correctly configuredPerform Tier 2 troubleshooting and technical support for field staff, escalating complex issues as neededMonitor device status, inventory, and service requests to maintain high equipment uptimeAssist in maintaining device management systems (e.g., Iru, Jamf Pro, or similar) and connectivity to core applicationsFollow established protocols for device security, data protection, and HIPAA complianceCoordinate equipment repairs, replacements, and returns with vendors and service partnersProvide basic training and user guidance to field clinicians on device operation and troubleshootingDocument support processes, incidents, and asset tracking updatesOutcomes + metrics you will directly influence:Provider readiness and productivityField technology uptime and availabilitySpeed and effectiveness of issue resolution for field devicesAccuracy and completeness of device inventory and lifecycle trackingSecurity, privacy, and HIPAA compliance across field technologyAbout you:Experience: 1–2 years of experience providing IT or field technical support, ideally in healthcare, field service, or mobile operations.Technical foundation: Familiarity with mobile device management (MDM) systems, remote support tools, and iOS/iPadOS environments.Troubleshooting skills: Working knowledge of connectivity, basic networking issues, and device setup for mobile teams.Security-aware: Understanding of data privacy and security best practices; HIPAA familiarity preferred.Customer-focused: Strong problem-solving and customer service skills, with the ability to communicate clearly with non-technical users.Organized: Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks, tickets, and inventory updates efficiently.Flexible: Willingness to travel occasionally to support clinician onboarding or equipment setup.Bonus points if you have:Startup experience in health tech or patient support operationsExperience supporting distributed or field-based clinical teamsFamiliarity with tools such as Iru, Jamf Pro, Zendesk, or TeamViewerKnowledge of clinical or diagnostic devices, Bluetooth pairing, and wireless troubleshootingCompTIA, Mobility+, or other relevant IT certificationsWhat we offer:Competitive salary and equity grant100% medical, dental, and vision premiums covered (for you + your family)401(k) matchingOpportunity to make an immediate impact in a mission-driven healthcare startupSprinter Health is an equal opportunity employer.
