Job description
Liberty Core Consultants is seeking a Title Research Specialist to conduct field-based research on property ownership and land rights for utility and renewable energy projects. You will verify ownership, analyze title chains, and support right-of-way activities in coordination with project teams.
The role requires strong attention to detail, independent work, and experience with deeds, easements, and land records. Occasional travel to courthouses and project sites is required.
