Job description
Via is seeking a Quality & Safety Manager for GoGastonia to lead on-the-road safety, service quality, and driver coaching for our transit services. This role supervises drivers, responds to incidents, and ensures DOT compliance while maintaining high operational standards.
The position is part-time, in-person, with field work Tuesday through Saturday 10am–3pm, totaling 20–30 hours per week. Candidates should have transit supervision experience and strong leadership and decision-making skills.
